BACKGROUND

I've spent over thirty years assisting businesses and not-for-profit enterprises with Planning, Management and Financial Consulting Services and have worked with over one hundred clients in the areas of business planning, acquisition analysis, business reorganization, business development, asset valuation, financial feasibility, investment analysis, financial planning, and financial reporting and control.

I'm experienced as a Principal in business ventures including real-estate development syndicates and agricultural partnerships.  I have served as President and CEO of Jiffy Lube of Pennsylvania, Inc. and President and CEO and Chairman of the Board of LifeStyle Magazine, Inc..

I have been called on to work as an interim CEO/CFO or as a special advisor to the CEO or Board of Directors for periods of a few months to as long as several years.

Engagements begin with a proposal outlining the objectices, scope and approach in completing the assignment and suggest a fee arrangement - to assure a mutual understaning of expectations.

In many cases we begin with the preparation of a Business Plan, which articulates the mission, the goals, and specific short-term objectives of the enterprise. The plan is used to communicate with business stakeholders and with prospective investors. I'e prepared drafts of a wide variety of, "Offering Documents" and "Prospectuses" for review of Legal Counsel.
